Tyra has been enjoying flying kites whenever it's the perfect March weather. Tom got the great idea of tying it to the fishing pole, and well, you can see how it works, as well as looks! He also just convinced Thomas to give it a try today for the first time.

I'm all for process improvements, but there's something to be said for children screaming acorss a park, weeping and wailing because they lost the kite string. Ah, the memories! Kudos for ingenuity, though. I guess Tyra has recovered from Daddy's traumatic explanation of what happened to the bass at Canyon Lake enough to pick up a fishing pole. We miss you guys, and can't wait to see you. The B

I remember singing the Mary Poppins song "Let's Go Fly A Kite" whenever we'd do family kite flying growing up. : )
